ORDER OF APPEARANCE

POM PON TEAMS, DANCELINES, HALF-TIME SHOW TWIRL TEAMS, HIGH SCHOOL MAJORETTE TEAMS and DANCE-TWIRL TEAMS

Team Directors: To help eliminate the possibility of your team competing back to back on TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY, not all divisions will be starting with the selected “letter” of the day. Performance numbers and order will be posted Tuesday in the Field House, Notre Dame and the Gymnasium, Indiana University.

Performance number and order will be posted TUESDAY AM inside the Monogram Room and copies available (while supply lasts) inside the Monogram Room. This will help you as a team director to have your team ready for their performance. Please notify your contest director of any performance conflicts to avoid delay of contests.

TWIRLING TEAMS

Team Directors: To help eliminate the possibility of your team competing in 2 lanes at the same time, each division will be starting with a different letter of the alphabet.  Directors and Team Captains should look on the outside wall of the Field House and inside the Monogram Room on TUESDAY for the posting of the Lane Assignments and Alphabet Letter assigned to each Twirling Team Division.

CHECK-IN

TEAMS ARE ASKED TO CHECK IN WITH THE CONTEST DIRECTOR BEFORE each COMPETITION BEGINS.

Check-in will begin each day 40 MINUTES before contest time.

SOUND CHECK

All directors planning to use the house system may do a sound check.

Morning team competition = 7:20 A.M. to 7:55 A.M.

Afternoon team competition = 40 minutes prior to contest time.

Evening team competition = 40 minutes prior to contest time.

All directors planning to use their own sound system are asked to do their sound check BEFORE CHECK-IN BEGINS. Please be aware of the excessive volume penalty.

CONTEST PROCEDURE

Performance order will also be posted in the contest area before each contest.

Tapes are to be brought to the Contest Director's Table 2 numbers prior to performance.  ALL TAPES MUST BE CUED. If rewinding or other adjustment is necessary, judges may assess a penalty for delay of contest.

PERFORMANCE INFO FOR POM PON TEAMS

For the safety of all AYOP Team competitors, we ask that one or two non-competing members be on the floor immediately following your performance to pick up any loose streamers that fall out of your teams' pom pons. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in making the performance area safe for all teams.
